All data versions and their corresponding dates are safely stored in the database. They are securely kept and are available for recovery. SafeGuard ® works as both a versioning and as a revision storage facility.

The user can find files by name or at a given date. Searching for a file is easy. Simply set the date or enter the file name.You obtain a table of all backed up files that match the date or file name you entered.

Any file found in the database can be viewed and/or downloaded (restored).

SafeGuard ® allows retrieval of individual files. Simply write the name of the backed up file you want to view and you will retrieve it. If the file has been modified several times, all the versions will be accessible along with their corresponding dates.

Access to the database is available via browsers on any computer connected to the LAN.

Over 150 file formats (MIME types) can be stored and viewed in the database.
